At our November meeting we welcomed our new Bookbuster Ashleigh and congratulated Caroline for receiving her 6th month certificate.
We looked into natural disasters. To check the BookBusters preparedness for a disaster we played a game of fill your emergency kit bag.. There were both silly and correct items that they had to choose from to put in their kit. There were also emergency checklists handed out for them to fill in with their parents when they get home.
Then we had the usual book reviews and new books to choose from and a funny story at the end. Look at how much fun we had.
