This meeting we tried a fun activity called speed-booking as a new way to share our book reviews. We all talked about some of our favourite books and authors with a partner then after a few minutes we swapped partners. We also enjoyed browsing through a selection of cool new library books.
BookBusters chief Theresa shared one of her favourite new picture books with the group called Mirror by Jeannie Baker. This is an interesting story about two boys from very different cultures, told through collage illustrations. Check it out!
