Joseph read the book Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows by J.K. Rowling. It is about Harry Potter going to a magic world on a complicated and dangerous mission. It was a thrilling and exciting adventure story. He liked it a lot.

 

Hemank reviewed the book Charlie and the Chocolate Factory by Roald Dahl. It is about a boy from a poor family who wins a candy bar contest and along with other children is given a tour of the amazing factory run by Willy Wonka. It was exciting and enjoyed the pictures in the story.

Hayden reviewed the book The Witches by Roald Dahl. The witches are completely bald and wear wigs and are snaky and mean. They come up with an evil plan to turn children into mice. The boy and his grandmother must be clever to defeat the witches’ evil plan. Hayden would have liked it if the book had more pictures.

Max read the book New Zealand’s Sea Life and it had lots of information about New Zealand Sea Life. The introduction was good and he learned about the creatures that live in the sea. He enjoyed it very much.
