The strongest 10 tracks, including the acid (almost) instrumental ‘Monodrone’, PIL-ish ‘R U Happy’ and Fall-stung ‘Mental Whiff’ are one of the finest collections of songs by a New Zealand group informed by leftfield pre-punk and post-punk sound.
