Come along to our free movie event on Thursday 21st February at either 4pm or 6pm at Tawa Library.

This is a double screening of the same movie so pick the time that suits you best.

This month follow in the adventures and fun of a young musician name Miguel, on a journey to the magical land of his ancestors. With the help of an unusual friend he uncovers the mysteries behind his family’s stories and traditions.

Come along to our free movie night on Friday 1st February at 5.30pm at Johnsonville Library.

Its going to be Movie Mania with 3 movies in one day starting at 2pm and running through our library late night. Our last movie will begin at 6pm.

Starting our movie marathon will be a story of a big hearted bull who is mistaken for a dangerous beast and taken from his home. Come and see how he managed to make his way home.

Free Movie Night at Johnsonville Library!

Come along to our free movie night on Friday 4th January at 5.30pm at Johnsonville Library.

This month our mystery movie is about a giant bull with a big heart who is mistaken for a dangerous beast and torn from his home. Watch as he rallies a misfit team of friends, and begins an epic journey travelling back home to his family.  This is a love-a-bull family adventure (!).

This film is rated G.

Games Night at Johnsonville Library!

Join us for a Games Night at Johnsonville Library this Friday 23rd November at 5pm.

We have a range of board games to choose from including popular classics like Settler of Catan, Risk or Trivial Pursuit and less common games like Starfluxx, Munchkin or King of Tokyo.

Most games are for ages 8+ though we have a few games for younger children too. You could also bring a game of your own to play with new people.

Games Night starts at 5pm but you are welcome to arrive late, you might just need to wait a little before you can join in the next round.

Special Halloween Movie Night at Johnsonville Library!

Come along to Johnsonville Library for an extra-special Halloween movie night on Friday 26th October at 5.30pm.

You bring the popcorn and we will invite the bats.

And make sure to dress up as your favourite monster!
