Top 10 Children’s non-fiction for April 2016

Factual folios of fantasy worlds! April’s favourite reads are great ways to spur the imagination.  Building your own kingdom (well shelter for starters) from virtual blocks or using Lego in real life.  Have your library loans inspired you to construct any awesome creations? Free School Holiday Activities at Karori Library

Can you make the tallest tower in the world?  Get creative these school holidays at Karori Library.

We’re having a fun make-a-thon on Tuesday 6th October, 10-11am using lots of different materials from Lego, playing cards to paper.  You’ll get a chance to design and create a tower using unique materials and a whole lot of imagination!  This holiday activity is ideal for 6-12 year olds.  We can’t wait to see you there.
