Fuzzy Mud, by Louis Sachar
When Tamaya’s friend Marshall goes into the woods claiming it is a shortcut to avoid a fight, the bully sees Marshall and the fight begins. Tamaya sees some fuzzy mud and throws it into the bully’s face. When Tamaya gets home, there is a rash on her hand. She thinks it is harmless but is it? This book is about truth and lies and is engaging to read. I therefore rate it 5 stars and I think children 9+ should read this book.
