Books Go Arty Sculpture Exhibition

Laughing kids having fun with paintsVisit Wellington City Libraries between 5th July and 14th November and check out the Books Go Arty exhibition.

This exhibition celebrates books by Kyle Mewburn. 16 Primary school classes from around Wellington have picked one of Kyle’s books as inspiration for a sculpture.

The 16 sculptures will all go on display at Wellington Central Library until the end of July, and then will tour around the 11 community libraries.

  • Mervyn Kemp (Tawa) Library: 1 August – 22 August
  • Johnsonville Library: 22 August – 3 October
  • Khandallah Library: 12 September – 3 October
  • Wadestown Library: 12 September – 3 October
  • Cummings Park (Ngaio) Library: 3 October – 24 October
  • Karori Library: 24 October – 14 November
