This seminar of Law for Lunch will be presented at the Ruth Gotlieb – Kilbirnie Library, 101 Kilbirnie Crescent (click for map) at 12pm.

Kahu is the Rōia Hāpori (Community Lawyer) providing legal services to Māori at Community Law Wellington and Hutt Valley. She has helped many families with questions about wills and estates.
Her talk will be focussing on:

• Wills
• Living Wills
• The Family Protection Act 1955
• Informed consent and giving your body to medical science

Come along to find out and ask your questions how to set up a Will and what makes a Will legal.
Get accurate and up-to-date information about Living Wills and how giving ‘Informed Consent’ works, if you decide to donate your body to medical science.

There’s no need to book a seat in advance. You are all welcome and we look forward to seeing you this Wednesday, 12 noon to 1pm, at our Ruth Gotlieb Kilbirnie Library.
