Law for Lunch – Body Corps: Resolving common pitfalls

Law for Lunch logo

Our Law for Lunch talk this week is presented by Rainey Collins Law, whose lawyers specialise in building contracts and dispute resolutions.
Are the Levies you are paying too high? Have you experienced Building Maintenance issues or any building disputes recently?

Find out about the purpose of a Body Corporate, its duties and responsibilities to the owners and how owners’ contributions are determined.
Why is it important to develop a long term maintenance plan and how could any possible pitfalls be avoided?

Come along to ask your questions and find out more about possible solutions.
You are welcome to bring your lunch and there’s no need to book a seat in advance.

This presentation will take place this Wednesday, from 12 noon to 1pm, on the Ground Floor of the Central Library. All welcome!
