An evening with suspense/thriller writer Michael Robotham

It is with much pleasure that Wellington City Libraries will be hosting an evening with popular Australian suspense/thriller writer Michael Robotham on Thursday 27th August 2015 at 6.00pm on the ground floor, Central Library, 65 Victoria Street.

He started his career as a journalist in Sydney, later moving to the United Kingdom where he worked for several national newspapers, finally becoming a features editor. From 1996 he became a ghost writer, collaborating on over fifteen ‘autobiographies’.

Syndetics book coverHis first novel titled, The Suspect was published in 2002 and became an instant best-seller, translated into 22 languages.
A recipient of many awards for crime writing, he has published a further 9 novels. Life and Death published in 2014 has now been followed by his most recent titled, Close your Eyes.
