Meg Cabot’s The Princess Diaries has been a very popular series, and the tenth book – titled Ten out of Ten in the UK and NZ, and Princess Diaries: Forever in the US – is due here very soon. It is also the final book in the series, as Cabot has decided to hang up her writing hat tiara and move on to her other, newer series, Allie Finkle’s Rules for Girls and Airhead, although she hasn’t discounted writing a Princess-Diaries-at-college series in the future.
She’s also releasing a book called Ransom My Heart, ostensibly authored by Princess of Genovia Mia Thermopolis (the Princess in the diaries), around the same time as Ten out of Ten.

O.M.G! I can’t believe tht Princess Diaries Series is finally at an end. I dunno how i’m going to live now coz i always had a book of Mia’s to read but now its finished I think i’m going to pass out! Oh god! I really hope she carries on even though i noe it impossible. I really hope that Princess Diaries can go on forever and ever………..
