I read a great book recently called Recycled, by Sandy McKay.  What’s really good about it is that it tells you all kinds of interesting facts about the environment.  For example, did you know that:

· Aluminium cans – 200 to 500 years
· Glass bottles – 1000 years
· Tin cans – 100 years
· Disposable nappies – 75 years
