All sorts of characters came out of their books and partied on down out at Kilbirnie library at the Bookseeker Mid-Winter Party.
There was:
Reepicheap (from Voyage of the Dawn Treader by C.S. Lewis) and Titania (from Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream) added a bit of magic and adventure to the party.
Who knew warrior cats read books? But Green-eyes from Erin Hunter’s Warrior Cat series took the red book review seat.
Not only cat warrior’s but a Chinese warrior princess too! Our security was good.
The party was kept in hand under the stern gaze of Mrs Twit.
After book reviews we had a quizz, pass the parcel, cake and ….
