You know all the times you read a book and think “if I was that character I wouldn’t be so dumb as to do that!” Well in the choose your own adventure books you decide what happens. You are the hero of the mission and as you make choices throughout the story , those decisions make the difference to whether you complete the mission or die!
My favourites are the I Hero series by Steve Barlow and Steve Skidmore. Check it out.
