I love this book and would also highly recommend it. It is particularly great for small businesses as it's practical, and gets straight to the point. The book recommends putting systems (read simple checklists here) so that the processes can easily be replicated, consistently. I refer to it regularly. I'd also recommend John Jantsch podcasts - Duct Tape Marketing (http://www.ducttapemarketing.com/blog/category/podcast/)

Excellent - really useful! A study released by the Ministry of Women's Affairs in March 2010 showed a significant difference in average income between men and women with a degree after just one year in paid employment:
Analysis of Graduate Income Data 2002-2007
Different degrees, Pānui, June 2010

I am looking for more methods of using Twitter for business and am currently using Tweetomatic ( http://tweetomatic.biz ) with good results ... but ... I'm sure there more and better ways ... (Still can not find them, but I'm looking for)

Again, thanks for the information.

Hi Marilyn
Thanks for this - I haven't used "Twitter Guide Book" for Twitter, but for the Blogger section. It is useful. Have linked to your blog from our Exportersblog http://www.exportersblog.blogspot.com/
