e-government readiness (new 2008 survey)

In conjunction with IBM, the EIU (Economist Intelligence Unit) has since 2008 maintained a website which lists global government e-readiness. The briefing paper (pdf format) can be downloaded here.
The rankings this year show quite a bit of movement within the top ten countries.
