Do you long to lead an extraordinary life?

Come and hear author Patti Clark talk about her book This Way Up at the Central Library on Thursday 20 October at 1pm on the ground floor. She will discuss the motivation secrets she uses to help others effect positive change in their lives.

From Patti:
“This Way Up is a self-help book aimed primarily at women, but really it’s relevant to everyone.  It’s a story of healing for people who, after spending a lot of their  life nurturing and giving to others, struggle with feeling purposeless.
The first half of the book is a story, and the second half is a workbook.  The workbook’s aim is to help readers work through personal challenges, discover new inspiration, and harness their creative power. It’s a step-by-step way out of this sense of loss and into a life filled with meaning and joy.

From a Reader:
“This Way Up heals and transforms lives. Too often women struggle to find a purpose, after spending much of their life nurturing and giving to others. It’s a story and built-in workbook that supports you through personal challenges, unlocks inspiration through visualisation and harnesses creative power. Author, Patti Clark’s easy seven tools guide you out of feeling a sense of loss and into a life filled with enthusiasm, creativity, and abundant joy.”
