These events are free and bookings are not required.
First Aid skills – have a go!
The St John in Schools programme aims to develop confident young New Zealanders who care for the health and well-being of their communities. St John Community Educator Suzi Bowen will be visiting the Wellington City Libraries over the July school holidays to provide a snapshot of the school programme to children visiting the library. Children will be able to learn about the roles of the emergency services, how to respond in an emergency and practice some first aid skills including bandaging and CPR. Find the St John stand in your local library.
