Welcome to the first talk of Law for Lunch in October, presented this Wednesday by Bevan O’Connor & Kate Scarlet.
Bevan is an Immigration Lawyer with Cottrell Law, where he assists migrants with work visas and Kate works as a Community Lawyer at Community Law Wellington and Hutt Valley. She holds the Employment Law portfolio.
Their talk will be focusing on
• Minimum NZ employment rights
• How do employment problems affect your temporary work visa?
• When do I contact Immigration NZ if my employment situation changes?
Come along this Wednesday, from 12 noon to 1pm, on the Ground Floor of the Central Library, ask your questions and find out more about possible solutions.
You are welcome to bring your own ‘brown bag’ lunch and there’s no need to book a seat in advance.
