Interloans, Suggestions to Buy and Magazine Reserves

Request Form

Please fill in one form per item being requested. NB. Reserves: Use this form only for requesting magazine issues: if you would like to reserve another type of library material, eg. book, cd, video, dvd etc., you need to do so directly through our online catalogues. Instructions are available here.

Using this form to request items isn't automatic. One of our librarians will acknowledge your request by email within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) - if you don't want to receive an acknowledgement, let us know in the box below.

If you are requesting an interloan the fee will be added to your card for you to pay when you next visit one of our libraries. The reserve fee will be added to your card when the item is available for pickup.
If you have a Community Services card, please present it at the library to receive your discount.
